Sean “Diddy” Combs is a renowned rapper, father, actor, and also an eclectic entrepreneur. He was born in Harlem, and was solely raised by his single mother after his father was murdered when he was two years old. His intelligence was recognized at an early age when he got the internship at Uptown Records, which later turned into a job as a talent director.

Gradually, he became the vice president. After getting enough exposure, he established Bad Boy Entertainment. Combs is known for his natural ability to spot and develop talent. He also got success as an astute entrepreneur and music producer.

Under him, Bad boy Entertainment became a $300 million conglomerate. In addition to his music career, Combs gained a reputation as a savvy businessman for his other endeavors, including: Sean John clothing line, Cîroc, Blue Flame Marketing & Advertising Agency, MTV reality show “Making The Brand”,  a restaurant chain, AQUAHydrate Water, and new social network Revolt TV. Revolt TV launched last October and has major distributors, including CNBC parent Comcast and Time Warner Cable. A spokesman said the network is available in about 25 million homes, roughly a quarter of the country

Everything this businessman touches turns to gold! Apart from being successful in all the areas he entered into, he has always been active in social works and the community.

SEAN "DIDDY' COMBS

The greatest example of his generosity is, on November 2nd 2003 when Combs ran in the New York City Marathon two days before his 34th birthday. Despite having a bad knee, cramps and minimal training he managed to raise $4 million for New York Public Schools.

He recently launched the new #HelloHarlem initiative. The purpose of this cause is to raise interest, awareness and support for the Boys & Girls Club of Harlem (BGCH). The campaign will work with Who’s Who members and influential artists, along with philanthropists, entrepreneurs and civic leaders in support of the BGCH mission to provide education, social and leadership opportunities for the children and youth of Harlem.

Combs also recently received a very dignitary honor. He was granted an honorary doctorate during a graduation ceremony at Howard University. This historical event will be relevant for many years to come. It is beautiful to watch Combs work!

Momma Combs must be so proud! It goes without saying that he is a well-respected global icon that continues to break barriers and exceed expectations. This is what the boss lifestyle and movement is all out: evolving, elevating, and inspiring the world around us.  What will he think of next? Combs always says, “I don't believe in fear - I live my life without regrets”. So, sometimes in life and in particular with the black community….we do not often believe we can achieve our dreams because we do not see many people that look just like us.

Combs is that proof that anything really is possible. If you research his growth, you will see that as he grew in life and in business his name began to change. As his life continues to unfold, He will forever be known as Puff or Puffy.

Combs is a great mentor and source of inspiration for young men across the globe to model their behavior after. Blessings and continued success to you many times over.
