DALLAS, Oct 16 (Reuters) - The second nurse to contract Ebola in the United States was being treated at an Atlanta hospital Thursday, as news she had traveled by plane while symptomatic heightened concern over the spread of the virus and sparked reactions in Washington and on Wall Street.

U.S. airline stocks tumbled and some lawmakers called for travel restrictions Wednesday after officials said nurse Amber Vinson flew on a Frontier Airlines jet from Cleveland, Ohio back to Dallas, Texas with a slight fever Monday, a day before she was diagnosed with Ebola.

In Ohio, where Vinson had visited family members, two schools in the Cleveland suburb of Solon were closed Thursday because an employee may have traveled on the same plane as Vinson, though on a different flight.

Vinson was the second nurse at the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital to become infected, raising concerns about how the Dallas facility handled the disease. Nina Pham, 26, was diagnosed with the virus over the weekend.

One nurse who helped treat Pham came forward Thursday with accusations that the Dallas hospital was unprepared to tackle the virus and lacked proper protective gear.

The virus, which also causes fever and diarrhea, is spread through direct contact with body fluids from an infected person. Nurses were not briefed or prepared for Ebola, she told NBC, and no special precautions were taken when Duncan was admitted to the hospital on Sept. 28, days after he was initially turned away.

She was transferred by air ambulance to the specially equipped Emory University Hospital in Atlanta on Wednesday night, the hospital said. Three other people with Ebola were treated there and two have been discharged, it said.

What drives a young, 16-year-old honor student to commit robbery, and how can he repent once the deed is done?

Filmmaker Darius Clark Monroe explores these complicated questions in his introspective documentary film “Evolution of A Criminal,” which chronicles the events of his own troubled past.

Monroe, whose 1997 robbery led to a five-year prison sentence, told host HuffPost Live host Ricky Camilleri that his decision to revisit his story was more than just a quest for atonement on a personal level.

As Monroe explained, the filmmaking experience also proved therapeutic for the witnesses of the crime, some of whom were interviewed for the film.

“What was remarkable was that they also needed to unburden themselves of the situation,” he said. “People wanted to share their side of the experience. And it was really eye-opening to hear what the robbery was for them.

“Hearing people talk about [the fear of] not saying goodbye to their loved ones, thinking about their life being over, that's a heavy thing, and its not some easy thing to do,” he said. “It was something that was weighing on me, and I wanted to have this conversation.”

Nicki Minaj sports some high-fashion menswear looks for Italy's L'Uomo Vogue and it is a dramatic departure from her typical style.

Practically unrecognizable on the cover of L'Uomo Vogue's October 2014 issue, Minaj wears a pageboy wig with a suit and tie.

Inside the pages, the 31-year-old ditches her body-hugging, colorful garb for muted menswear ensembles.

The outfits echo the corresponding interview, in which she discusses rising to superstardom in the rap game, surpassing her male peers.

"At first no one took me seriously.

In the world of rap, women are usually relegated to the choir," she said. Adding: "I want to build my empire. In my field, I have always seen men do it –- from Diddy to Dr. Dre to Jay Z. Now it’s a woman’s turn."

Although she is focused on her career, Minaj said she does want to have a family in the future and looks to someone like Beyonce for inspiration.

"Seeing Beyonce with her daughter and husband was so tender, and it showed me that it is possible to be an animal on stage and a caring mother at the same time," she said.

When there's a successful company that claims to be led by a kid, it often seems disingenuous. An 8-year-old may have come up with an idea for a business, but it's most likely mom or dad doing most of the work.

But 14-year-old Noah Cahoon, CEO of the toy company Paper Box Pilots, is not merely a PR prop for his dad Brian's business. They're a father-son duo from Salt Lake City learning how to operate a small business together, with Brian letting Noah have the final say in the direction of the company.

The Cahoons appear on the latest sixth-season episode of ABC's hit pitch show "Shark Tank," when Noah, who was age 13 at the time of filming, makes a deal with investor Kevin O'Leary, a.k.a. "Mr. Wonderful,"  without the advice of his dad.

Brian is a senior sales consultant at Oracle who had previously set aside his dream of starting a business when he started a family.

"When Noah was born, I was getting my MBA. I've always wanted to be an entrepreneur, but when I brought home that little guy — it's a feeling of responsibility that you have to be careful. And I never got the chance to take that risk," he tells the investors.

He thinks that he can use his industry connections to make Paper Box Pilots ride an anti-technology trend in toys and take off. He offers $35,000 for a full half of the company.

Few people in the US are more successful than Bill Gates. But  that doesn't mean the 58-year-old billionaire knows everything.

There are still important business lessons to be learned by America's richest man — and who better to learn them from than Gates' friend and fellow billionaire Warren Buffett

Gates outlined the three most important lessons he learned from  Buffett. Here are the highlights:

Look At The Big Picture

When Gates first met Buffett, his immediate instinct was to focus on the surface of his success: picking and investing in stocks. But Gates quickly learned that key to Buffett's success ran much deeper — it's about the big picture of a business. "He has a whole framework for business thinking that is very powerful," Gates writes.

Be Honest With Shareholders

Buffett famously takes time every year to send a letter to his shareholders, a practice that inspired Gates to start doing the same. While Buffett's letters offer business and investing insights, Gates believes Buffett's candor is what makes them stand out.

Value Your Time

"No matter how much money you have, you can't buy more time," Gates reminds us, noting that Buffett understands this better than anyone.
